Differences Between Zyrtec D & Allegra D

Zyrtec-d and allegra-d are antihistamines that stop the production of the natural chemical histamine in the body. Drugs.com states that they both help to prevent allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes and congestion. The differences between the medications lie within the warnings and possible side effects.
