Jelly Belly (formerly known as the Herman Goelitz Candy Company) has been in the candy business for more than 100 years. While the company is famous for its gourmet jelly bean flavors, candy corn is another popular seller available year-round. Candy corns are small, triangular confections made to resemble corn kernels. There are many brands of candy corn on the market, but slight variations in flavor, coloring and other ingredients differentiate Jelly Belly's offering from others.
