    • Billy Blanks developed Tae Bo in 1976 and popularized the routine in the early '90s. Tae Bo fitness videos enjoyed commercial success from their early beginnings. The fitness videos promote weight loss as well as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility.
