Law Schools in California Accredited by the Committee of Bar Examiners
The Committee of Bar Examiners (CBE), also known as the California State Bar, is the organization that regulates the quality and ethical practices of lawyers and law schools in the state of California. Law Schools that are CBE approved have met the standards of excellence that is required by the California State Bar (Reference 1). Students who graduate from a CBE accredited school are eligible to sit for the California bar exam. Schools that have American Bar Association (ABA) approval are automatically approved by the CBE.
