An operations vice president is a mid-level manager of a company who has responsibility for the overall structure and day-to-day processes of the business. The operations VP makes sure the highest levels of business practices are in place and continuously monitors and upgrades operating systems while acting in full compliance with laws and regulations. He works closely with colleagues in the technology department to monitor reporting and other forms of data.
