The Young Chefs Academy groups children into three age groups. Kindercooks is for kids ages 3 to 6, Jr. Chefs is for kids ages 7 to 10, and Sr. Chefs is for kids ages 11 to 15. Classes for younger children don't last as long and feature easier recipes than classes for older children.

Classes are available for preschoolers and the 7 to 12 age group.
