Impotence affects nearly 30 million men of all ages. There are natural and simple ways to help impotence. Here are some foods to avoid and foods to add to your diet that will help.

    History

  1. Impotence is caused by the build up of fat in the arteries. The arteries supply blood to the penis and when the arteries are clogged, it can prevent blood from reaching it. This means the man will have problems getting a solid, strong erection. Avoid meat, dairy and eggs because of their high fats that will clog the arteries. Meat eating can cause a lower sperm count and life. Avoid it.
  2. Less Fat and Cholesterol

  3. One cause of impotence is a high-fat diet. The fatty deposits can block the blood flow to your penis. Thus, avoid fast foods, desserts, grains and processed foods. Similarly, try and have a low-cholesterol diet as well. Stay away from the animal-eating diets.
  4. Fiber

  5. Foods high in fiber are great for men with impotence problems. This includes fruits, vegetables and select grains. Here are some choices: apples (with skin), strawberries, peas, beans, nuts, spaghetti, legumes and potatoes. Eating raw, fresh fruit can help rid your body of years of fat build-up in your arteries. Fruit also lowers triglyceride levels, which means that you can rid your blood of fats.
  6. Water

  7. Your body is made up of almost 75 percent water. Water replenishes and regulates your body. Water helps circulate liquids through your body and can benefit you. Water is also a liquid that doesn't contain sugar or other fattening ingredients.
  8. Other Ways to Help Impotence

  9. Along with altering your diet, there are other easy ways to help impotence in men. There are natural supplements such as Ginkgo, which herbs that can increase blood flood to the genitals. Another way is to exercise more often. Exercise is a way to naturally increase blood flow throughout all parts of your body.
