This is because fruit boosts the metabolism and satisfies sugar cravings, so dieters are less likely to reach for sugary sweets.
- The Hot Latin Diet advises women to incorporate seafood into every lunch, as this makes them much less likely to over-indulge at dinner. Studies have shown that certain acids in fish help people feel fuller and more satisfied.
