Pakistan International Airlines generally gets solid marks, although few would rank it among the world's elite high-quality airlines. For the most part, however, PIA is considered a reliable and reasonably priced way to travel to, from or through Asia.

Ciao!, which is a part of Microsoft's Bing!, has a dozen reviews for Pakistan International Airlines. Out of 12 reviews, PIA earned just 2.5 stars. One reviewer called it "pathetic" while another vowed to never fly the airline again. A few others, however, say they were satisfied with the "attentive" and "caring" staff.
