Anger management classes are available for children, teenagers and adults. Classes can be court-ordered or voluntary. Anger management classes teach people how to control angry emotion such as anxiety, rage and stress.

  1. Anger is normal. It becomes abnormal when the angry person is out of control and engages in rage and destructive behavior that leads to violence. Angry emotions controls you, instead of you controlling the anger. Anger out of control can ruin your life and hurt other people. Anger starts when energy hormones and adrenaline kicks into high gear. It can trigger aggressive responses such as violence.
