Cellulite is defined as fat with a dimply, cottage-cheesy or orange-peel texture. There are exercises you can do to eliminate cellulite from your body (See Reference 1). There are many products on the market that claim the capability to reduce or eliminate cellulite, but the safest and most effective is good old exercise. Doctors say that a healthy diet will aid exercise in ridding your body of these unwanted dimples.

Some exercises you can perform are lunges, squats and yoga. Light aerobics, cycling, jogging and treadmills are also beneficial for losing cellulite. Light weight training is beneficial as well. When you weight-train do not start out with the heaviest that you can lift. Instead, start out light and then increase each week by one or two pounds. Never try to lose the weight too quickly. Doing so will make your body weak and present more problems than solutions.
