Choose from the Epic, Gem, Pearl, Jade, Jewel, Dawn, Star, Sky, Sun, Spirit, Majesty or Pride of America. Each boasts a unique complement of amenities, stylish decor and fine dining options. For example, the Norwegian Dawn has a Big Apple theme, with New York-style restaurants, Broadway-style entertainment options and the Statue of Liberty painted on its hull.

Every ship offers private, 5,000-square-foot three-bedroom villas, and almost half of NCL's staterooms have balconies. They also each have up to 13 places to dine, 10 bars and lounges, swimming pools, hot tubs a casino and gym. Unique to NCL are bowling alleys and Nintendo Wii on a two-story screen.

Freestyle Cruising

All about freedom and flexibility, Freestyle Cruising is one of NCL's biggest selling points. What that means is lots of flexibility in accommodations, activities and more. You can even choose your pillow from a menu. The ship has no set dining times or dress codes, and passengers can choose whether to be paired with dinner partners or not. The dress code is also relaxed, so you can dress up or dress down. They call it "resort casual," and there are some places on the ship where you can even eat in your swimsuit.
Disembark Freestyle

NCL is very proud of its disembarkment procedure, which allows travelers to hang out in their rooms, eat breakfast or lounge by the pool until it's time to get off the ship. Most cruise ships force people out of their cabins and make them wait in a specified area. If you're in a rush, they offer Express Disembarkation.
Luggage is collected the night before, so make sure you bring an overnight bag with everything you'll need for your final morning on board.

NCL ships offer services that include hair styling, massages and mani-pedis in the spa. Laundry and dry cleaning is available, as well as a 24-hour Internet cafe. Photographs that are offered for sale are taken throughout the cruise, and there is a host of gift shops with duty-free items, fine jewelry, clothing and personal care items.
