Training supervisors' responsibilities include training or educational programs for their employer. The training supervisor will oversee other staff training employees. They are responsible for developing programs and may be responsible for new employee orientation or continuing on-the-job training. They may develop and approve which type of training methods will be best used for the subject matter. Supervisors can work with individuals, yet they usually work with groups to train several employees at one time, often developing PowerPoint presentations or other training materials. The supervisor is responsible for evaluating how effective a training program was understood by the employees. If the training was not well understood by the employees, the supervisor can make recommendations on how to change and improve the training program. Their salaries are dependent on many factors.
