    • Himalayan Salt is generally used to make brine called sole (so-lay), which is a solution of crystal salt and water. The idea behind the solution is to create a balanced ionic reaction that achieves optimal results. To make a sole, take a glass and fill it with several crystal salts. Fill the glass with spring water and allow the crystals to dissolve. Once the crystals dissolve, add a few more until the water is saturated.

    Using Salt for Good Health

    • Each morning, take 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach, followed by 250ml of spring water. Use the sole as a mouthwash or rinse, place a few drops in the ear for an ear infection, soak your feet in the sole to get rid of foot fungus and use topically for skins conditions such as psoriasis or irritations. You can also use the salts as a scrub.
