Effects of Muscle Milk

Muscle milk is a dietary supplement that consists of an abundance of proteins that encourage the growth of muscles, as the name indicates. Many athletes like to drink muscle milk to stimulate growth of their muscles. There are several effects of drinking muscle milk.
