Celesta was created by P.O.S.H. Health Inc., a family-owned Canadian pharmaceutical company that was named after the four surnames of the owners. P.O.S.H. has also created other herbal supplements, including Aria, a fibromyalga supplement, also available over the counter without a doctor's prescription.

Celesta is indicated for pain-related insomnia, which includes difficulty falling asleep because of body pain, difficulty staying asleep because of pain, trouble staying awake during the day and trouble waking up because of body pain. Celesta is recommended for people with arthritis, back problems and rheumatism.
Ingredients

The ingredients in Celesta PM caplets include hops, melatonin, passion flower and valerian, which are sleep aids. Celesta PM also contains pain relievers, including white willow bark and feverfew. Additionally, Celesta PM caplets contain silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, di calcium phosphate anydrous and manganese state. The ingredients in Celesta PM Rub include triethanolamine salicylate, purified water, ether propionate, PPG-2 myristyl, ethyl alcohol, aminomethyl propanol, carbomer, acrylate crosspolymer, diazolindinyl urea, propylene glycol, propyparaben and methylparaben.

To use the Celesta PM caplets, take two caplets before bed. Children younger than 18 should not use Celesta PM caplets. To use the Celesta PM Rub, apply to painful areas at bedtime and repeat as necessary. Do not use on children younger than age 2.

Do not use Celesta PM if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take Celesta PM if you are taking anticoagulant medication, either prescribed by a doctor or over the counter. Do not drink alcoholic drinks or operate motor vehicles after taking Celesta PM caplets. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not take Celesta PM caplets.
