    • Lipton Green tea contains only 100 percent natural green tea leaves. There are 190 milligrams of antioxidants per serving. One serving is one tea bag or 2 grams. There are no calories, fat, sodium, potassium, carbohydrates or protein in Lipton's Green Tea based on a 2,000 calorie diet. There are 45 milligrams of caffeine per serving, and there are no additives, preservatives or colorings in Lipton Green Teas.

    How to Brew Hot Green Tea

    • For hot green tea, pour cold water into a sauce pan and bring up to a rolling boil. Pour the hot water over tea bag and let steep for two minutes. Remove the tea bag and sweeten to taste if desired.

    How to Prepare Iced Green Tea

    • For iced green tea, use four tea bags per quart of iced tea. Brew the hot tea as directed above, but use four cups of hot water. Chill the tea in the fridge and sweeten to taste. Makes four servings.
