Criminal records exist for the sole reason of compiling all of an individual's criminal activity and the outcome of that activity, whether it be a fine, probation or imprisonment. Many individuals are interested in knowing what is on their criminal record due to the increased number of employer criminal background checks.

    Misdemeanors and Felonies

  1. Any arrests that have occurred for misdemeanors and felonies will be included on an individual's criminal record. Dates and details of the arrest will also be provided.
  2. Fines

  3. Fines imposed by law enforcement or a military authority may also appear on an individual's criminal record.
  4. Imprisonment

  5. Individuals who have been imprisoned will have this information on their criminal record. The dates of the imprisonment as well as the reason for the imprisonment will be included in the report.
  6. Convictions

  7. All convictions, whether for misdemeanors or felonies, will appear on an individual's criminal record. Details and dates of the conviction will also be included.
  8. Probations

  9. Individuals placed on probation for any length of time will have this information in their criminal record. Information about the reason for the probation and the details of the probation are also included.
  10. Less-Than-Honorable Discharge

  11. Service members who have been discharged from the military with a less-than-honorable discharge will have this information on their criminal record.
