Goji berry juice is composed of both Chinese and Himalayan goji berries. Though the goji berries taste slightly different from each other (the Himalayan ones are bigger and sweeter), they both have equally effective health and nutrition benefits. Goji berry juice is believed to have a bevy of health benefits, from anti-aging benefits to aiding weight loss and plenty more. As with any type of dietary option, there are some possible side effects associated with consuming goji berry juice.
