About Men's Spring Fashion
Even though some men spend their lives in the same boring old suits, that doesn't have to be the case. Fun and even frivolous spring fashions are always available for guys who are men enough to embrace them. The first rule is to be comfortable, which means lots of lightweight cotton, linen and seersucker blends. The second rule is for guys to wear what they like. Spring fashion always contains a wide array of looks, from business to casual, to suit just about any dude out there. Does this Spark an idea?

Suits
-
Spring suits are always more lightweight than their winter counterparts, but they are now seen in darker colors. Black, dark grey and browns are still in for spring. Guys don't have to wear lime green just because the weather is getting warmer. Spring suits are also cut a little more form fitting than the boxier, cold-weather suits. This ensures men can still throw on an overcoat if the spring weather starts getting chilly.
Casual
-
Guys look great for spring in skinny jeans, inspired by rock stars, and a clean, form-fitting T-shirt. This spring look can be dressed up with a crisp, cotton, button-up shirt or even a lightweight leather or sports coat. Suede or suede-like fabrics also go well with a neat pair of jeans, as does a jaunty newsboy cap or even a felt bowler hat.

Colorful
-
For men who are a little daring or different, spring fashion can lean towards the flashy, dashing and trendy. Yes, real men do wear plaid---and lots of it. The trick is to tone it down with a dark, solid shirt and to pick flattering, straight-leg pants. If plaid's not a guy's cup of tea, he can pick checkerboard patterns or stripes in a seersucker or lightweight material.
Funky
-
Other spring trouser selections include form-fitting fabrics embellished with masculine scrolls, leather patches or even faux gems. For a put-together look, flashy pants can be topped off with a more formal, traditional look, like a light shirt and dark vest. On the flip side, another flashy spring look is eye-catching sports coats, such as faux python, more leather patches or embroidered denim, to top off a quiet pair of pants.
Retro
-
A blast from the past always makes for fun spring fashion for men, and is always in style. Short-sleeved bowling shirts, printed T-shirts and even Hawaiian shirts for the guy who can pull one off, are always fun. Boxy, plaid shorts can be topped with vintage concert shirts for a day on the boardwalk, followed by a nighttime spring ensemble of loose-fitting linen pants topped with a form-fitting v-neck tee.
