Nutrition Games for Kids

In the United States, many children do not eat healthy diets. While starvation and malnutrition are fairly uncommon, it is commonplace for children to be overweight or even obese. From poor eating habits, children can develop high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Healthy eating habits and proper nutrition, couple with exercise and fresh air can give our children healthy lives, now and for tomorrow.
