About Wicca High Priestesses
To reach the rank of High Priestess is an honor in any coven. The role of the High Priestess is a multifaceted one. It involves more than just leading her coven in rituals, although that is part of it. Being a High Priestess is more than just a document claiming that title. It is something that comes from so deep within that it mentally, spiritually and physically becomes a part of her. She is the representation of the Goddess on earth.

Time Frame
-

Benefits
-
Being a High Priestess offers a number of benefits and rewards. Most of these benefits come in the spiritual sense. A High Priestess is the keeper of knowledge and wisdom. She can find a balance in her role that is also offered in her daily life. She is at peace with herself and offers this comfort to others. Misconceptions
-
With the role of High Priestess in the Wicca religion come misconceptions. Perhaps the most common misconception is that Wicca followers are Satan worshippers. This is not true. Not only do they not worship Satan, but they also do not believe in the devil in any way. The devil is a Christian concept and has no place in Wicca beliefs. Another misconception is that a High Priestess and her followers always perform the rituals naked, or skyclad. While this may at times be true and is an option, it is not a requirement. In fact, if you were to ask most Wicca followers, they would probably tell you that most, if not all, of their rituals are practiced fully clothed.
