Lego Star Wars Video Game Walkthrough
The Lego Star Wars game has main missions plus optional extra challenges and side games. Players can go off the main path to find mini kits or to search for studs, which are the currency in this game world. As you move through the game, shoot or hit everything you find. If an area or object sparkles, it means you can use the Force on it. Usually you will be traveling through the missions with another character that you can inhabit tagging along. Other characters show up along the way. Switching between characters during missions allows you to use special abilities needed to finish the mission.

Geography
-
The Mos Eisley Cantina is the central location where you can select the missions you wish to take on in the game. You can also unlock characters, extras, view game clips, create customize characters, go pod racing and buy bounty hunter challenges. When you begin the game you have to complete the first mission of Episode 1--The Phantom Menace. After this, you can pick which movie story line you wish to take on, but you must complete the missions within each movie in order. So, for example, once you finish the first mission of Phantom Menace you can continue to the second mission in that storyline or do the first mission of any other movie storyline. Each movie has 6 missions.
Function
-
Most missions have a recurrent theme. Two or more characters start out and additional ones show up along the way. The ones that show up have special talents that are needed to complete certain tasks, such as open doors or jumping high enough to reach switches that must be thrown. Collect as many studs as you can along the way. Destroy all the various bad guys and droids that attack you. Use the Force wherever there is a place that sparkles.

Effects
-
The first time through each mission, you come across things that can not be used. These are items you must come back for later after you have purchased mini kits and power bricks. Each and every mission in each movie can be played again, using the mini kits. These are considered 'free play' and they limit you to only two characters. The missions are changed so they can be completed with just the two characters. Free play does not give you story clips like the main missions.
Features
-
Challenges are available with the blue mini kits. Again, you can replay every single mission for every single storyline. This time, each mission has a ten minute time limit and you must find ten blue canisters. If you have extra time after getting the canisters, you can collect more studs to make more purchases in The Mos Eisley Cantina.
Considerations
-
To do the Bounty Hunter Challenges, players have to unlock all of the six bounty hunters. These are Greedo, Boba Fett, Bossk, Dengar, IG-88 and 4-LOM. Once again, you get to go into each mission setting from all the storylines. This time all you are attempting to do is find the target character, who is hiding somewhere on the board. Target characters have emblems that flash at the bottom of the screen when you are getting close. For each successfully completed mission, you are rewarded with a gold brick that can be used to purchase more items from the Mos Eisley Cantina.
Benefits
-
There are bonus mission after all six missions are completed in each episode's storyline. These bonuses are not storyline related---they have you collect as many studs as possible within the time limit. If you're successful, you're awarded a gold brick. The Mos Eisley Cantina itself provides bonuses for the player. Again, gold bricks as given as rewards for beating the challenges.
