How to Contact Citibank

While contacting a small local bank might seem like a simple process, contacting Citibank is slightly different. Citibank owns over 20 customer service numbers, ranging from international banking to credit card fraud. If you’re not a fan of the phone, you can also email Citibank or write to them through standard mail. Regardless of your chosen method, you will need to disclose at least your name so Citibank can access your account if you have any questions. You may also be asked to provide your account number and social security number.

Visit Citibank.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Contact us” link.

Dial the number that relates to your Citibank question or concern from the middle of the page, under “Phone.” For example, if you’re calling about a lost credit card, you’ll need to dial 1-800-950-5114, while the number for online banking is 1-800-374-9700.

Click the blue “Send Message” link on the right side of the page under “Email” to send an email. You’ll need to provide your name, number and email address in the appropriate text boxes. After sending your message, Citibank will contact you through the email address you provided.
