- MySpace background codes allow a MySpace user to change the color or style of their background on the profile page. It is very easy to install the codes. To install the background code, find the background or layout that you would like to add to your MySpace profile. Copy the code by either clicking the "Copy to Clipboard" button, or highlight the code with your mouse, and then right click and choose "Copy." Then right click your mouse again, and select "Paste" to put the code into the "About Me" section in your MySpace profile. Once the code has been pasted properly, it will change the color and style accordingly on the profile page. The background codes don't always have to be added to the entire profile page. If you want, you can only add it to the "Comments or Friends," section, the "General" part, music and movies, or the "Who I'd Like to Meet," by pasting it into those sections only.

Codes usually confuse me but I put background image to myspace profile by upload my picture to MyspaceColor.com because it will do the work for me. I gives me the code.
