The nylon strings on classical guitars are either black treble strings or clear treble strings, and sometimes they are rectified or red. The black or red trebles generate a high overtone, and they present more distinctive sounds. The clear treble guitar strings generate a classical traditional sound. Rectified trebles are constructed in a way to produce a high and steady distance for the duration of the complete string and they are usually thought to demonstrate warmer sounds.
