        A sample meal plan on Chef to Go includes whole-grain waffles, turkey sausage and syrup for breakfast; chicken and chickpea stew for lunch; and lemon chicken with zucchini, feta, olives and whole grain pasta for dinner.

      Considerations

      • Zone Seattle charges about $40 a day for three fresh meals and two snacks. You can opt for plans of 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days a week, depending on your schedule. For an additional $8 a day, you can add a second dinner to your existing plan. You can receive a discount for enrolling in programs longer than 31 days.
        Chef to Go offers a la carte options, where meals range in price from $10.50 to $16.00 per an entree. You can also order a South Beach complete meal plan for $120 or $160 for the 3- or 4-day option. You can also opt for spa cuisine meals, individual meals, ongoing service or occasional service.

      Benefits

      • For Zone Seattle delivery, you are given an insulated cooler bag. The night before delivery, place your empty bag outside your door, and the delivery people will replenish your meals before 6 a.m. You need to give 72 hours notice to postpone or stop your daily food deliveries.
        On the Chef to Go plan, your delivery days depend on the food plan you choose. For the South Beach menu, delivery days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. You order nearly a week in advance. You can choose to have your meals served in glassware or disposable plastic or aluminum containers. All used glassware must be washed and returned.
