The town of Lempster is a small town of about 1,000 people located in central New Hampshire. In addition to being a favorite stop for outdoor enthusiasts, Lempster has also made a name for itself by being an environmental pioneer. It is the first town in New Hampshire to construct a wind farm. The giant windmills overlook one of the many bodies of water in the area that backpackers, campers and fisherman flock to on a regular basis.
